water retension tablets + xencial??

just wondered if anyone was regually taking xencial along side water retension tablets ive heard it helps weight loss?

Only if you're retaining water. If you're not retaining water then you're just going to pee more and dehydrate yourself.

I'm not sure how good that is for your kidneys
