    hi
ive never had water retention before (apart from in pregnancy)
over the past couple of dayds, ive felt my ankles getting worse and worse, my feet have swollen and even my fingers have. ive had to take my rings off.
another thing, is ive had all my water plus more probably as its been so hot...yet i dont seem to be going for a wee much at all. im not sure if thats anything to do with it being so warm or whatever?

    any advice?

    Hi there

I had this very same problem.. still do really, but it has improved. I posted a question regarding this too, and I had many replies advising me to drink green tea as it helps with water retention and it's full of antioxidents too, so a good all-rounder really.

I hope this helps.. One last thing though.. I showed a loss of only 2lbs this week at my weigh, but my CDC measured me and I have lost 4 inches from my waist in just 5 weeks.. so although I am retaining water (obviously by my small loss showing on the scales) I am still losing fat, as the inches are going.

Water retention is so bloody annoying isn't it... try the green tea.. see how you get on.

    Good luck Emma&Alex.
