Water retention

So popular wisdom has it. Also, drinking water is absolutely crucial to keeping your bowels moving - otherwise fibre will just clog you up.
Also, the more overweight you are the more you will retain. So you should continue to lose water weight throughout your weight loss which is encouraging.
 
Haha deff blaming water retention for last weeks gain as I lost 4lb this week and ive been drinking water with apple and cinnamon, quite nice and makes me drink, cos sometimes I forget ha
