What does 2.5 ltr work out in pints? I'm only on day 2 of my 100% SS Journey and i used a litre bottle of water to make sure i know how much ive had but now im at work and i have a water cooler and a pint glass. I've had about 4 pints and a cup of coffee (black of course):confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

I'm not sure there are any hard and fast rules about it.
I just thought you were beating yourself up for nothing. It's only 3 o'clock and you've drunk 4 pints. I thought you were doing really well!

I drink 5 litres over the day. It's the only way I have found that stops me retaining water! It's not as much as it sounds and I DO spread it over about 17 hours!

Wow that does seem alot - i [STRIKE]am[/STRIKE] was a coke zero junki before i started CD so its hard enought o get 2.5 litres down!! I've heard it gets easier....?

It gets easier. I was a diet coke addict till 3 weeks ago, and never drank anything else. Now I'm downing water like it's going out of fashion! And I'm not craving anything else to drink.

All I drink is plain water or a very occasional black coffee (Maybe once a week!)

I buy cheap sparkling water, about 15p a 2 ltr bottle from most supermarkets, and add berry flavour, its yum, I manage to drink about 3 to 4 litres a day of this x

Yes,Couldnt do this diet without it, I drink it hot too and make it into ice lollies fo hot days and mix with mix a mousse to make a jelly to eat in the eve (it goes a bit strange and frothy on top when you do this, but tastes great and solves the munchies!). They do an orange one too, but dont like it as much as the berry one. x

yes i also use the drink mixes with both still and parkling water and its very nice. You can also make a sort of slush puppy by blending ice cubes and water and adding some of the water flavouring
