Good post. I found water hard to drink initially but soon got used to having it. It is even more important after LT. It will be your best friend. Remember 80% of the tine you feel hungry it is actually water your body is craving. Reach for the water first every time!!!
Hoping to hit 2lbs by 4pm. It's amasing how we can forget to drink if we don't make a conscious effort. I am hoping it soon becomeS a habit for all of us and would not have to conform to other measure to drink the stuff!!
