    Good Morning !

I love my day off !!! I can post on mini-mins - hate how work block forums !!!

Weigh in today and 3lbs off, which I am pleased about :)

Now at my lowest weight where I usually plateau - I have been 12.8 twice before and never got any lower - so my challenge this week is to make it to below 12.8 !

Have a friend coming over this morning and then I have a baking day planned as it's a work birthday tomorrow so I will be busy !

Hope everyone has a great Wednesday - and more water !!!!!!!!!!!!

    V )

Morning Charley! Well done on the 3lbs, that's ace!

I have a day from hell today. I'm interviewing six people today and trying to do other work in between so really shouldn't be skiving on here! Weigh in tomorrow. I am frustrated as my scales have stayed the same since last Friday.

    Morning all!

    Two words: p*ssed off!!!

I am so p*ssed off this morning. The people I work for are so selfish and I am sure they are breaking so many laws. They haven't paid a lot of people this month on the day that they were supposed to so everyone is getting bank charges etc. and they won't refund them. I'm the one who has to sit here listening to everyone moaning about their finances and having a go at me (even though it isn't my fault). What can I do when the person who does the finances is the MD??? I can't complain. She has swanned off on leave for the week even though she knew the sh*it would hit the fan! All I keep getting back from her is sarcastic emails basically telling me to tell the people who haven't been paid that it's tough luck!

    Argh! Sorry rant over! x

    Morning ladies.

Restart failed on Monday after I found out myself and my four year old daughter have swine flu. I have had to put it back a week cause I need to eat with the Tamiflu and I don't have the energy to learn about (and do) the higher CD plans. H2b is making healthy meals, so it should be okay. Was up all last night with horrible stomach cramps and numerous trips to the toilet- side affects of the Tamiflu. On the plus side, I can''t keep any food in, so I might lose this week anyway.

My bridesmaids dress arrived about an hour ago which perked me up a lot. I dragged my sorry ar*e outta bed to try it all on with my sexy new 'suck it all in' underwear and the dress is already too big around the bust- by about 4 inches! How does that work- I'm a bloody F cup?!?!

Sorry for the rant, especially since I haven't even been on the diet for about a month- I just needed to vent! ARRRRGGHHHHHH!

    Good morning everyone!

I've just made a big post about my dieting plan, let me know what you think! Have been a bit stuck trying to come up with a good, safe plan. So advice and thoughts appreciated!

You might find you have a bit of a drop at the last minute, I know that's been the case for me many times!

What is it you're interviewing people for?

I hate when stuff like that happens! All you can do is explain that to people. Maybe once she's back sit down with her and explain what a difficult situation she created, and could you come up with a plan so that next time she's on leave this doesn't happen. Can you send out a mass email to everyone explaining, pointing out why it happened and letting them know when they're likely to get paid? Generally, if you have a good history with your bank, they'll refund the charges if you explain and ask nicely!

Oh no, Lisa I hope you're both feeling better soon! You'll be back on diet soon enough, getting yourself better is more important now.

When is the wedding? Can you change the dress?

I'm well confused about bra sizes at the moment! Different websites are telling me different things! Marks and Spencers tell me I'm a D, Debenhams and another website tell me I'm a C and a couple of others say B! I think I'm going to have to give in and get measured properly =/

I run a recruitment company specialising in PR, so today I'm interviewing for a consumer PR manager and I've already had two people cancel on me. It's so RUDE!

I got 'fitted' at Bravissimo on Saturday after buying the dress. They don't even measure, they just look at your current bra and guess. I couldn't believe how much better my new bras and bustier felt. I went from a 42DD to a 38F in about 3 minutes ;-) I was expecting it though, I was last measured a week after giving birth and it was for a nursing bra!

The wedding is 19th September- 7 and a half weeks away. I am currently an 18 and was planning on buying a 16. When I tried them on, I needed a 20 to fit my boobs, so bought an 18 thinking it would fit me in September. Now it has arrived, I have inches to spare on the bust and a fair bit around the belly. Think one of the dresses along the way has been labelled wrong- I'm totally confused! To top it off, the dress was on sale, so I had it delivered from the few bits of remaining stock. Not sure I'll be able to get the next size down now or not!

Yep, Debenhams. I think the first dress I tried on was labelled wrong then, cause it fit perfectly on the bust! To be honest, I was quite shocked and upset that I needed a 20, so although it is going to be a hassle trying to find a new one, I'm happy that I'm more likely a size 16 than a 20!

Sorry to hear some of you are having crappy days.
If it's any consolation i am a stay at home mummy to three under 3's and yesterday they drove me up the wall and round the bend. I love them to pieces but sometimes i feel like i have lost all my identity and one day blends into the next. All i had yesterday was constant whinning, fighting and unpleasantness from them. Grrrr!
They are better today but boy do i sometimes wish for some 'dreamingmaid' time. lol.
Today my mum is coming over and i will pop out to get a few boring things done like banking and food shopping but that's about it really.

Guru... ooh sounds interesting but stressful! I hate people that cancel, but I hate people that just don't turn up more! If I have to cancel going to a job interview, I will do it at least a day or two before, where possible. Just don't think it reflects well on me otherwise!

Lisa...Do you think you could get it altered? Might be worth seeing if they have a 16 in stock.

Lisa poor you!!! I really hope you feel better soon. I am sorry to hear some of you are having a tough time at work.

Dreamingmaid I am sooooo with you on the kids driving you up the wall!!! I have a 2 and just 4 year old and have found it really tough recently with all the squabbling, whining and demands!!!! I think that CD makes me more impatient and a bit snappy as well as it seems to be getting to me more. Sometimes you are almost wishing the day away just so you can get a small bit of me time!!! They are such sweathearts, but you definitely need some time on your own. I admire you with 3 under 3 though!!!!

My big job for today is to sort out everyones clothes, get rid, pack away. It's such a big job and I've been putting it off for ages (including coming on here!)
