Water weight?

Hi,

Possibly going to be controversial here but does anyone find SW quite restrictive in that.. The slightest deviation from the plan (or 'slip up') results in a gain?

I had a night out on Friday and a christening yesterday where I had a plate of buffet and a piece of cake. This has not made me gain 4lbs in weight however that's what the scales are showing. I am now thinking I need to starve myself for the next 4 days just to avoid a lecture on Thursday!

Any thoughts welcome.
