I think some people find it makes them feel hungry. But then I also read somewhere that it can help prevent constipation, so maybe its swings and roundabouts.

Sparkling water contains sodium, which is salt, so its not a good idea to drink just sparkling water. I love sparkling water too, and would drink just that if i could
