Hi Everybody . Am on day 4 today and doing well so far . I am trying to get in as much water as possible but I am finding it hard. I used to drink lots of tea and coffee before and not water which i know is bad. Is there anyone with a tip to help me drink this water. I cant seem to drink whole glasses at a time only about half a glass . I have tried the sports bottle which is good when I remember it. My husband said to put a reminder in my phone every hour which I might try today !!!
