not totally sure but 1. it fills u up 2.clears out the body 3.u need to make up 4 the water u not gettin from food.
my mum did LL an only drank 1 litre everyday if that an wen she went 2 get weighed she only lost 1lb yet a women who had the full 4litres aday lost 12lb. now i no everybody loses weight differently but it made my mum think. must help flush the fat away.lol
water is also good for concentration 2. hope this helps.:)
