    So if you havent already got a glass of water by your side, go and get one NOW.

    Well said Sam, I needed the reminder, water consumption in the Porgeous house has been pretty disgraceful, will smack my bum and go get a glass!

    My god - i remember having to do that a couple of times when i did cd previously lol !! Not nice. I used to stand by the sink and gulp down my remaining however many pints i needed! Then wake up bursting for the loo. I want to try and stop that habit when i go back on cd tomorrow. :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop: glug glug glug

    Thanks for the water reminders. They really do help. Every time I see this thread bumped, I reach for my water bottle. :)
