Hello there!

Ok I am a 39 yr old female from York

I hurt my back a few years ago and the enforced inactivity and my bf coming home with 'treats' to cheer me up made me pile on the lbs! So finally it is strong enough to do exercise I thought my diet had to change again drastically to make this work!

Not really sure what else to say, this site is huge and I came across it while goggling the diet I am on just now so will *wave hello and begin to read it all!
