I've been on this diet now for 8 weeks and at times I've felt it hard going especially for those nights out, meals with family, not to mention the lack of vodka!!! I really think it's one of the hardest diets going, I've tried weight watchers, slimming world etc BUT whilst the hardest it is also the best, for me.

I think we all deserve a pat on the back for all the hardwork we've done and for all the hardwork to come.. I wouldn't have got this far without the help of you all!

Well done everybody on your weight loss, your all stars! x
