Another Challenge:D:D:D

I loved being part of the 100% challenge and although I didn't complete it 100%:eek: it really motivated me to try my best:D

I would love to be a part of another one similar, maybe a week long challenge of some kind:)

Any thoughts and ideas welcome....

I thought something along the lines of:
Drinking water
5 a day (fruit/veg)
Avoiding the scales

I don't know, would love to hear your ideas. We could maybe have the weekend off and start a new one on Monday;)

But yes Mel great idea, we need another challenge, they are such great motivation! Like my hubby said back on Tuesday when we were getting KFC for my son "Anyway you can't have any else you'd have to go and tell them all on minimins!" :8855:See even he understands!!
