Hi,
Im hoping we can get married in 2014, but i want everything to be perfect, ive just had a baby girl 6weeks ago, so i have lots of weight to loose, i cant excersise due to having a road traffic accident a few years ago, so the only way i can do it is to loose weight i hope slimming world can help me i dont know what else to do,
i want to be back to a size 8 before i get married lots off work to be done :S

You've made the fist big steps by coming on here and wanting to do slimming world. Good luck and at least by starting now theres no panic dieting 7 months before the big date!!
