Wedding Diet

So i started last Tuesday on 1b Sole source I have until 31st August 2019 to get to goal
I need to loose 6 stone 10 lbs.
My first weigh in is tomorrow night so fingers crossed I have a good loss
I will let you know how I get on.

Well I had my first weigh in last night and I lost 8lb so very pleased
