wedding eeeek !

im going to a wedding this afternoon :D but i will be able to have my dinner before i go but, there will be a buffet, now i can limit my self to one plate! i have self control (sometimes lol) what would be the best thing to eat ? we are also having a red day so .... would i try to aim for all chicken and themeats which are out

gawd... im not sure. defintely the cold meats, seafood/prawns and skinless chicken legs! just steer well clear of anything in heavy sauce or pastry. eating before you go is a good idea. do you have hi-fi's or anything you can sneakily take with you if needed?

Avoid pastry products!!
If there are meats if you're on red they would be fine, and off course any salad products!
Might be too late but try saving a HEXA & B then things like cheese sandwiches won't be too many syns.
But most of all enjoy it!! Yes you are trying to loose weight but you need to live too! It's only one day, so I'd say go have fun, be sensible and get straight back on track tomorrow and you shouldn't do too much damage!
