@girlygirl - thanks for the tip... I'm actually on Atkins board quite a bit as I think its all the same principle (low carb) and its just the fat content guidelines that differ. Plus, I like all the folks on there too 
@ClaireCat - if you're interested, I'd get the book and you get as much as the site (if not MORE). The book is only £5 on Amazon and I originally signed up for coaching which was well over £100 but didn't get any value from it as site wasn't working most of the time. There's one good piece - the chat sessions, but you can read those without even registering! Good luck!!
