Wedding in 70 days

Starting CD today, Ive got 70 days and am currently a comfy size 20 and need to get in a bridesmaid dress which is a small 18 for my sisters wedding

Is this doable?

Very - once you are 100% SS for the 10 weeks. No cheating or nights off if you have a deadline.

Definitely. 10 weeks could see you lose 30 lbs or more.

I'm on week 7 and down from size 22 to size 18 - that's with one week off the plan! So you CAN do it! Stay focused!
