hi everyone well i have joined slimming world (again) and i have defo got a incentive this time as i getting married 24th sept next year xxxxx i have got four stone to loose for the big day xxxx

Congratulations and well done on rejoining!

4 stone in a year is completely doable. Its in fact 52 lb, which is 1lb a week which is a great healthy weight loss - and that doesnt take into account the fact that you will lose more at the start. Be interested to hear how you get on.
