Good Morning all you losers:p
I am need of resetting my goals to stop myself from keep lapsing it is getting worse by the day in my head I know where I want to be but my hands take over and feed me has anybody got any idea's how I can get back to where I need to be.The soups & shakes I am finding so boring & they are all beginning to taste the same any help or ideas please:confused:
Anyway enough of my rant hope everyone else is doing well and good luck to all who have wi's today

RC - I found the soups getting a bit dull too, so I have been mixing them - 1/2 Thai and 1/2 Chicken, mixxed together - that sort of thing. So far have done Thai/Chicken, Thai/Veg and Thai/Shroom. Thai CHickens my favourite. Sometimes I mix 2 whole packs and add less water and its more like bisque. Just mixes it up a bit.

Why do you think you are lapsing? Is there anything going on in your life causing you to be distracted?

Maybe look at some of your beginning photos, before LL - and then picture yourself at the ned, and spend a good amount of time each day doing that? Helps me. Particularly the visualising. And keep reminding yourself, its only temporary - all that gorgeous healthy food awaits us when we are done.

Good luck - be strong - nose down, focu and run for the finish! You can do it!!

I was exactly the same after my first 100 days. I went through a really rough patch. I think its because you have "finished" so to speak.
It took me a week or two to get my groove back. You know the kids movie "The emperor's new groove" well that is what I kept thinking nothing to do with the movie really just the name. Somehow I decided that I needed a new groove. So I cleared my social calendar for a week or two and just got back into my "LL" headspace. Oh and set goals for every single day. Atleast three.
Hang in there and as BL says you know that mental picture you want to achieve keep reminding yourself.

I think you've hit the nail on the head Tange it is that feeling of 100 days & done
BL I'll try that with the mixing the packs I've not tried that yet
I really hate photo's of myself before & during ones maybe that'll change when I reach my goal

Hi all,

I too have been lapsing. I've decided to not preplan my day and write as I go or try for keeping track in my mind. I am finding that I set myself up for disappointment otherwise when I dont stick to it.

My worst time is the afternoon. I have also got my passion back in the last 4 days for the gym and this is messing with my hunger. I also lack some self discipline!HAHA.

Hey now, don't be harsh on yourself lovey....if you were that, you would not be here posting on this site! You are learning a new way of life and food and eating.....and you are doing well. Lapses can occur and best is to put them behind and move on. Anytime we learn something, be it maths, science, a new skill, etc., there is always room for errors and mistakes. Theimportant thing is to try and take something from them and learn as you go. So don't berate yourself. You should be looking at what you have acheived so far, not what is still to be acheived. You have done so well and should be proud.

You'll find the groove again. <hugs>

I've been and reflected in my diary on the positive things I am doing. Hoping to change my mind set and find that groove and keep it.

Not feeling so down now went out for a ride lunchtime blew a few cobwebs away came back to chicken & thai mixed it made a change thanks BL
Not lapsed either
