    Goal Weight:
    Woke up this morning to the heaviest and most painful period I think I've ever had..typical isn't it, with only 2 more sleeps til hubby comes home.
    Have downed 750ml of water and have some chilling in fast freeze to make first shake of the day.
    Feel totally crappy today :(

    My kids back at school/nursery next week, i wonder if my hair will return to its natural brown colour instead of the grey it is at the

    3pts of water down and a coffee with 1/3 of bananna tetra in it.

    aww bless you! Im about to go and get my first pint of the day - water that is. Had a vanilla shake with coffee this morning.

    morning guys. i am working the 1-11 shift at work tonight again so i have just had a bar for brekkie so i can spread the rest of my 1000 plan across the day. it's so strange to have food choices again :S i just know i'm going to end up having the same thing every day so i don't have to make decisions :S

    i'm a bar and a couple of 100mls of water down :)

    Well as said above i have had my shake and on my second pint and having another lovely hungar free day.

    Do you know what ive just noticed as well? just been painting my toe nails and realised that i can see my ankles cos all the water retention that i had in my lower legs.ankle area has gone and omg they are quite nice! i forgot what they looked liked - havent seen them since i had my first baby 4 years ago.!

    Is it because i drink lots of water?

    where is everyone!!? its very quiet on here today. I have 3litres water down and 2 tetra's. Im of now to do some cleaning!! Susan forgot to say earlier best of luck for wi tonight :) x

    cambridge, sole source. (trying!)
    i'm on my 1st day of a good few off.
    had half a shake, and a soup and a bite of my bar.
    got chicken and cabbage for tea (doing ss+) and then work at the indian resturant tonigh WHERE WILL NOT PICK!!!!
    not had enough water yet, so gonna get gulgging now.

    I am so slacking!!! I am only 1.5l of water down and haven't even had a shake yet! I always stall having anything until after my weigh in and then play catch up all day!!! x

    Im slacking as well today, im so wrried getting my boyd room floor done im forgetting to drink, only 5 pints down but have this evening!

    I'm on 2L of water down and a choc tetra. Planning a choc orange shake when I get home and another type later on (see what takes my fancy!)...
