So I've had a gander through and can't find a Wednesday weigh-in post so thought I'd start one.
I'm getting weighed in just over 4 hours so I shall report back then. Nor very hopeful this week though

i started on Lt last Wednesday & have just got through day 4. I am really hoping for a good weigh in result in a few days
