    I will be going to my first group and i'm really excited and positive! I am usually though before i start a diet and then two days in i crumble, but there is something about the propoints that is making me thinks its really doable ...... and i need to get back in the gym this week because i was hooked before but trying stupid VLCD stopped me going, put me right off my swing and made me gain way more than i lost :cry:

    So just to say hello cos I will probably be posting in here a lot from wednesday - i'm bidding on a propoints starter pack on ebay which has the calculator and everything.

    Do you eat your exercise calories on pro points?

    i must admit i've always found it a bit pointless when you eat your exercise calories, but on myfitness pal you kinda have to else you're on 1200 calories which is sweet FA :eek: lol

    Anyway - yay for the midweek weigh ins!! :D:D:D
