Didn't go home last night so bit of a topsy turvy day....

B: French Fries Crisps in the car on the way to work (told you it's a random day) 4.5 syns
L: Low fat supernoodles and grapes
D: Pasta with quorn meatballs and veggies

I'm going to make more of an effort from tomorrow and plan my meals better, rather than relying on dried packet foods etc.
