    Morning all, foggy day in London so now my hair has grown since I left home! LOL

    Mixed day today

    B: Bacon sarnie HE B x2, brown sauce 2 syns, banana
    L: Mushroom risotto, HE A salad, pear
    D: Syn free sausages on the BBQ grill, homemade coleslaw, bns chips

    S: grapes, mullerlight
    E: Rest day today
    W: 2 litres

    Weetabix, raspberries and yogurt
    Banana
    SW Quiche & salad
    Apple
    Lasagna (1 Syn meat free with quark) Chips and salad

    Just noticed your doing the race for life, im doing it 1st june in Belfast, although im walking it lol

    HI Vicky,

    It doens't matter how we do it, just that we do :) I will try to run it all, but have just started running for the first time ever a month ago, so I will run as much as I can :) Good luck honey!!
