    Morning all, slow start today!

    B: fruit, mullerlight, granola HE B, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A

    L: Jacket potato, ww spaghetti, salad

    D: Stir fry veggies, noodles & quorn piece

    S: fruit, kohl rabi
    E: 30 mins powerplates, 30 mins running
    W: 2 - 3 litres
