    Calorie counting, healthy eating & Exercise
    Breakfast - bowl of cheerios, banana, cup of tea.
    Snacks - dried fruit.
    Lunch - tuna & sweetcorn sandwich on wholemeal bread.
    Vegetable chowder cuppa soup. - 100cal I think.
    go ahead bar - 144 cal i pressume as its 72 per slice and there are 2 slices.
    plum - not sure how many cals?????
    Il put what im having for tea later....
    is this ok so far????
