I'm very happy as I lost 6lbs on my first week (and so did hubby), so well pleased with that as you can imagine.

I've not missed bread, rice, pasta, potatoes anything like that, my biggest difficulty is not having my muesli in the mornings and missing sweet things, but on the whole am absolutely fine, it does not feel like a diet, I'm not hungry and there's some lovely food to eat. Right now I can't think of an alternative I'd rather be doing!

Thanks for all the support & advice so far too - you guys rock! :D

Oh it's probably a permissions thing, so when you've posted a certain number you're able to do more things.

I've been on Minimins in the past (doing various other diets LOL) so although I'm new to the Atkins forum I already had quite a few posts and my avatar already set up :)
