    Hello everyone,:wavey:
    week 1 is finished today and i'm very happy that i managed to complete week without any cheating. I've already started to feel difference in me. My first weight loss is 8 pound:), although i was hoping more as i,ve to lose so much and previousely i;ve lost 10 lb in week but still not bad. i also hope to get some support from this forum.

    Start weight 14st 3lb
    WEEK 1 : 8lb:)
    Week 2: 6lb

    Today i'm feeling down, can not wait to get weight off. I've got so much to lose, which makes me furstrated. But i've to do it. this is now or never.

    oh don't feel down - you've done the hardest part, and already achieved so much, in terms of weightloss (i'd have killed for 8lbs in week one!) and in terms of willpower.

    Hello,
    i'm really impressed with your weight loss. i hope that i could do the same. I've to lose at least 4 stone to get into healthy range. i'm in obese catagory and i've never been so over weight. I'm studying and i put on most weight in revision and exam time, as i've got children to look after and in those days i did not get time for cooking so this is all because of takeaway.

    ah well, at least being on ss gives you so much time! not only do you not have to cook for yourself, but you spend almost no time eating either. i reckon it saves me about an hour a day!

    and of course you can do as well as me! three months and i've nearly lost the 4 stone that would take you to target. committing to this for three or four months is completely within your power!

    thank you for ur good advice. your diary is an inpiration for me. i do not feel like to eat anything today, just had two skakes. i'm planning to have day off from diet on 6th of Nov as Eid is comin and i want to celeberate it with family. but i' gonna make sure that i don't eat any fried food.

    HI nab how are you getting on, I think we are quite similar in that we started around about the same time and a similar amount to lose. Hope you are doing ok, has your fantastic weight loss in week one spurred you on?

    i'm doin OK so far, i,ve lost another 6lb in week 2. I hope to just carry on like this untill i reach my target.
    Rolly82 you have done quite well in first week, when is your next weigh in? keep me informed.

    Hey nab, just wanted to say your doing great :) good luck through eid, not an easy time to diet but there are ways to help yourself too. Check out the foods that are allowed on ss + and if you can stick to them you'll stay in ketosis :) if not, enjoy it and any gain won't take long to get off

    Your weight loss is an inspiration, i hope i could do the same. i'm trying to do some excercise everyday aswell which may boost my weight loss Today curry and chapatti were looking very delicious but i did not cheat. I can not wait to lose my weight. i know i may not lose anything this week due to eid but next week definitly.

    hello everyone,
    afetr long time i'm updating my thread. last 2 weeks were really busy. i had weigh in today and in 2 weeks lost 8 pound, not bad, also had 3 day off.
    Start weight 14st 3lb
    WEEK 1 : 8lb:)

    Week 2: 6lb
    week 3: no weighin EID, 3 day off
    week 4: 8 lb
    Weight now 12 st 11lb
    week 5: ? 26/11/11
