week 1 weigh in results for Bindiboo

    Hi gang:happy036: here is my unoffical weigh in results for week 1.

    On my scales I have lost 8.4lbs!!!!!!!
    Giving that my scales weigh about 1/2lb heavier than my cdc I am so chuffed:banana dancer:.

    so that is week 1 done and dusted, roll on week 2:D

    that's good, it's so motivating isn't it. and by the time you hit a week when the weight loss feels low, your clothes and measurements will motivate you instead
