    on the down side....... I really don't like oriental chilli soup. yuk

    I'm feeling good today, thanks magz. my CDC has suggested that we keep on going as we are because I am doing everything correctly but my body might just need a little more time to adjust. we are keeping an eye on it though x

    Re the soup, I never liked it at first now if I'm gonna have a soup it's only ever that or the chicken & mushroom --- your tastes strangely change over time!

    re the soup I loved the oriental chilli when I started, it was the only one I really liked. Now it gives me the dry heave, and I LOVE tomato, whereas first time I hated it. It was boggin'.

    thanks everyone. I feel great today! I'm gonna keep this going and I WILL reach my target weight this time!!!! (and not think I can finish it alone like last time!!)
