I've lost 8 pounds!!!! I know its not as much as most people lose, but I had chicken on saturday and sunday as I wasnt very well so I'm really pleased. I was feeling a bit fed up and close to giving up on Monday, so I feel really motivated to carry on now! Thanks to everyone on this board, your posts keep me going when I'm tempted:)
