Week 1 weigh in ( Wednesday )

First week completed - tracked everything for 5/7 days; slipped up a bit over the weekend :sigh: BUT overall loss of -3.5 amazed :) week 2 focus on exercise and tracking bring it on !!!!!!
 
That's a great weight loss for your first week. Yes tracking is a must. It helps me tremendously.
You say that you slipped up BIT at the weekend. Remember that you can save, all of the extra 49 Pro points for the weekend and use them all up then. Good luck and well done again.x :bliss:
