Although I went slightly off the rails on Thursday & ate a salad (I almost passed out at work). My week 1 weight in is 7lbs off.
I realise it would have been better if I'd not eaten the salad.
I tried a flapjack yesterday straight after weigh in and was violently sick. The only way to get rid of the vile taste was to eat some Quorn so hopefully I haven't wrecked this weeks weigh in too!!
