Well thats week 1 done and dusted. I made the decision from day 1 to have 4 meals a day. I am 5' 8" and also I knew that extra meal would help keep me on track. I am thrilled to have lost 8.5lbs.

I did have a relapse at the beginning of the diet, so maybe without that and if I had been on 3 meals I would have lost more but I am over the moon with 8.5lb.

For the last two mornings my ketostix have shown I have a trace of ketones. I was hoping for a bit more pink but am hoping that even a trace is ok?? My stomach is rumbling like a volcano this morning and I feel very empty but not hungry really. Its always been the head hunger I struggle with.

I did get down to 14st 3.5lbs with my band but went back to 15st 12.5lbs, hence the cambridge diet. I just hope I have the willpower to see it through.

A good start anyway :)
