    i lost 12lbs and im very pleased with that!

    it was easy up until yesterday and then i felt rubbish but i perserved and i got a great reward!!

    roll on week 2!

    i was ok until the day before i was going to go and get weighed and then i felt rubbish, like i was sickening for something but i didnt cave in although the thought did cross my mind i admit :)

    i weighed in one day early and today the needle on the scales (which im going with cause there the same as the the gyms) said a drop of another 2lbs so looking good!

    my only advise and its what ive found helped me when i wanted to cave was to think of how great im going to look for my birthday weekend away in my slinky black dress
