Well week one, lost 2lb :rolleyes:. I did cheat on Sat with a big alcohol binge (4 bottles of wine over 12 hours followed by a roast dinner, no spuds mind) so not that surprised. Mind you I have also run 45 miles this week :eek:. I also don't 'do' water, never have, never will!

Anyhow, the interesting thing is that despite the fact that I have only lost 2lb my best friend said that I looked really skinny and I am comfortably back into size ten trousers so cutting out the carbs has seriously reduced my belly.

Will carry on as have another week's supply and will try harder but I think I'll be using it more as a shake to help out a bit rather than a strict diet.
