Week 1 - WHOPPPEEEEE

Hi All,

Just got back from my weigh in and was pleased to get a 7lb loss for my first week and really happy.

My test I feel now is the 2nd week where boredom of the shakes/soup/water may kick in so need to be positive even more.

But overall I am very very happy !

Well done on your 7lbs loss - congrats. The 2nd week is pretty tough, but not as tough as the first 3 days and remember if you really really want it & it appears to me you do (dishing out an Asian meal to 200 people & not giving in is a good sign!), you'll have no problem getting through week 2. Because after week 2, it does get easier and they say 3 weeks is a habit, so be good to yourself and stick to it during week 2. All the best.

well done gopi thats a fab loss. we are same and its end of my first week as well and due to get weighed in a bit. hope i have a loss like yours too.
we'll sail through week 2 , we know we can do it.

Well done Gopi, week 2 will be fine. I've just finished week 2 and didn't find it hard at all, a bit of dizziness one day but that was it. I honestly think it's about positive attitude, don't let the negative stuff in and it can't get to you! x

Great start Gopi, fantastic feeling isn't it? You'll be fine i'm sure, hopefully no more banquets to content with!
