Week 1 WI

Got weighed this evening and it was a14lbs loss, so i'm happy with that.

What's interesting when i weighed myself this morning i was actually 3.5lbs lighter, must be all the water i've been drinking during the day.

But hey I'm chuffed with that loss :D
