Well 6 days WI.

I've lost 5lb. :party0038:

I'm happy with this as i've had totm and was actually dieting and cutting carbs for a few weeks before starting CD. So all in all a great start for me. I was worried in the week though as I thought the scales were never going to move.

Next WI is now in 9 days as my CDC is away next weekend.

I know i'll be fine though because of the brilliant support on here! :thankyou:

5lbs! What a star. Well done. It's so encouraging to see people just a few days ahead of me getting such good losses (my first WI is Wednesday).

:thankyou: Everyone.

Will try and stay focussed. Me and OH have been inundated in the last 24 hours with invitations which all involve food & drink.

Just working out some no thank you starategies (no one other than OH & DS know about CD), although I can't say i'm not tempted by the invitations.

My first full weekend on CD (bank holiday at that) and my i'm finding it hard.
