Week 1

    Had my first weigh in last night and lost 15lbs. Now looking forward to week 2.

    First week was better than I imagined to be honest, no headaches, just the odd day feeling very empty!

    Are you a lady or a man? i don't think I've ever known such a great loss in the first week, but men usually lose more than ladies.
    I hope you have a good second week too.

    Well done Blades! That must be spurring you on. I am on day 3 of week 1 and would be happy with less than half of that loss!
