Hello all

I'm over the moon this week as I've lost 6lb! So that's 3st 4lb lost in ten weeks (1st 5.5lb to go).

Wow that is a totally amazing weight liss, well done to you. You are certainly inspiring me and keeping me going. You'll be at your goal weight in no time at all

Thank you, Ms R. Yes, it doesn't feel as far away to goal as it did. I went to toddler group with my little girl today and my health visitor has a clinic in the room next door. She saw me and kept saying that I look great (she hasn't seen me for a couple of months)! Was a lovely boost.
