i lost 5lb this week. i'm delighted and shocked. the biggest plus for me is that i now qualify as "healthy weight" for my height. I can't believe it, 2 months ago I was so sad and unhappy and now i'm a different person, in more ways than one. xxx hope everyone is doing good xxx

Hi Molly, I was obese the week I went to sign up for this diet. i got such a fright i lost 4 lbs before i started. thanks everyone. I really have to say it's this forum that has kept me strong. Ye are all great xxx

i know... it's weird.. i think it's because i'm sitting on my ar8e and not doing any exercise.

lol. The first few weeks i was running and training. see the differenc on my stats after week 5 and then week 8 after my hols. it's falling off me like mad now that i'm doing nothing. xxx works for me anyhow..
