    Lost 3.5lb this week, two weeks left before refeed.

    I'm going to follow the GL diet, Irish Molly seems to have done really well on it so I bought Nigel Denby's The GL Diet from Amazon only £3.60 and with all the recipies and information I think I can def follow it and if I'm not size 12 by refeed this will get me there :) x

    Thank u, my only tip would be to drink lots of water! I wasn't a water drinker before I started and i now do 3ltrs a day. I've not done any exercise as on the week I did I only lost 1lb but everyone is different! :)
