Week 12 weigh in & thanks x

Week 12 -2.5lbs am pleased I have lost 26.5lbs in 12 weeks 1.5lbs to go to 2 stone lost :D think I will try do a little more exercise this week just a couple of extra 30 min cardio to get the 1.5lbs next monday.

Id like to thank everyone whos been here and helped me in the last 12 weeks,I appreciate it more than you realise even thou Im :( at times ...

Hiya I just read your Cd to Ww post ,well done for your losses andkeeping it off,I did Cd many times yoyoing and ended upo 3 stone heavier over 5 years,me not the plan its just hard after the 1st time to do it again isnt it.

The thing that has made me stick to this is everyone here,my booked consultation to have a gastric band and changing my mindset to WW is my Plan for life not just to lose the weight as 22 years of yoyoing has taken its toll on me now.

You can do it if you can do CD long term you'll love WW and remember to add exercise gradually.....

Good luck you wont need it ;) xx

wow congrats

God i must be the slowest person losing on this earth, i started same as you and didnt realise cos i restarted last week (health issues) that we were really on week 12 and i only lost frecking 6lbs, now you see why i just want to quit grrrrr

but well done hun soz had to get that off chest i feel such a freckin loser and failure now

here to ya next 12 weeks:D

ahhh you have been ill so 6lbs is good,I havent been ill like you just one week just after I started so dont be hard on yourself,just think in 10 weeks you could have 2 stone off.......
I have lost and gained 12-14 stone over the last 5 years so know this is a long journey as ive yoyoed for 22 years.
Just stick at it with me then when the 2nd 12 weeks are up we can be
