as the title says, I had a bad cold so gave up but now i'm back again after 5 weeks first weigh in today after 4 days back on lipotrim and I've lost a whooping 9lb 
I really did not expect that this morning, i was expecting 2-3lbs so thats me happy for the day, hope everyone else has done well.
