    Target Date: 05 April 2011, 6 days before my 40th birthday

    Weight Loss last week: -1lbs
    Total Weight Loss: -30lbs



    Daily Fitness Programme (up each week)
    • 20 minute walk
    • 5 minutes on the exercise bike
    • 20 sit ups
    • 3x wii fit sessions
    • 3x Fitness TV's Cheerleader Dance Workout
    Week 13 Food Diary 07 September 2010
    Target weight loss this week: -2lbs

    Tuesday 07 September, Day 1, Extra Easy
    B: WW Yog, Banana
    L: Pasta n sauce, salad
    D: quorn bolognese, spaghetti
    HEA : Milk
    HEB : Alpen Light Bar
    SYNS: tomato puree 2, sauce 3 = 5
    So jars of pickle onions eaten to date: 12

    Exercise: 20 min walk
