Now into week 14 and lost 55lbs which is nearly 25Kgs! My average loss from the start is at 4lbs a week which I am happy with. Current loss is 3lb a week and I will be happy if this remains for the next 20 or so weeks.
I have a cycle challenge on the 20th May where I shall be riding the Royal Marsden 150km Sportive, which is basically London to Brighton and back, and has some major hills. This has kept me so well focussed that i am considering sighing up for a few more throughout the summer.
I did find it quite tough to balance my training diet with a weight loss diet and had a few rides where i was completedly depleted of energy and had to grovel the last few miles.
My target weight should be achieved before my Birtday in October
