Week 16 Weigh in

Not posted for a while, I have been really struggling for the last couple of weeks. Work has been a big factor getting me stressed and thats when I eat most.

Managed to stay the same weight for 2 weeks and did a bit of both the shakes and some food.

Started to get my head back in gear for the Lipotrim and lost 3 lbs this week :D:D:D:D

Well done for staying strong and maintaining during your stressful time at work - you must have been doing something right - and for getting back on track. You are so close to goal. I'm sure you're going to do this.
